In this section, I present my professional experience with Linux servers and the services commonly deployed on them in organizational environments. Throughout my career, I have installed and worked with various Linux distributions, including desktop versions with graphical user interfaces (GUIs) and server versions managed through the command line.
My experience with desktop distributions includes Linux Mint, Ubuntu, and MX Linux. I have also used live Linux distributions, including rescue environments, to scan computers for malware, recover files, and back up data. However, as this portfolio focuses on my experience in IT support and system administration, this section covers primarily the Linux server distributions I have deployed and the services I have configured, particularly in virtualized environments.
To demonstrate my practical experience, I explain the configurations I implemented, the steps involved, and the reasons behind each configuration. To make the documentation clearer and more detailed, I have recreated the original scenarios in my lab environment wherever possible.
